Terms and Conditions
- All lessons are conducted online.
- All students must be over 18 years old. However, if the student is under 18 years old, they must be represented by a parent or guardian.
- When booking a lesson please give all the correct contact information to the tutor. This is so that you can be contacted. Online tutoring will contact you by email.
- To confirm your booking, you the student must enter valid payment details via the website so that the lesson can go ahead.
- If no confirmation is received within 12 hours of the lesson start time, then the lesson(s) will be canceled.
- Students are responsible for checking that the lessons are correct. Any changes to the date(s) and time(s), please contact the tutor so that an alternative date(s) and time(s) can be made.
- Students are responsible for checking that their equipment can access the online classroom.
Cancellation
- If the student has to cancel a lesson, please contact your tutor via email. If the student cancels with 12 hours or more then you will have a credit refund.
- If the student has to cancel a lesson due to illness, please contact your tutor via phone or/and email as soon as possible.
- However, if there is less than 12 hours’ notice then you will not receive a class credit and the lesson is still chargeable.
- Tutors will wait in the classroom for 15 minutes. However, if a student fails to turn up to a lesson, then the lesson is still chargeable in full.
- If the tutor cancels the lesson with less than 12 hours’ notice then you will receive a lesson credit.
- If the tutor cancels the lesson with less than 12 hours’ notice due to illness then you will receive a lesson credit.
