Originally based in Stroud Green, London, N4 but now tutoring online. I have experience in mathematics tuition for primary and secondary students, and Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning, which can be combined with math’s tuition. Weekly sessions are available, as well as holiday intensive revision, for SATS or GCSE. Also, I offer intensive daytime tuition for GCSE resist.

My tuition style is friendly and patient and focused on increasing confidence and educational resilience while developing core mathematics abilities. Each session is individually tailored to the student’s needs. I will also focus on good revision methods and exam techniques.

In addition, I hold a 1st Class Degree in Mathematics from UCL, and a PGCE in Mathematics with Numeracy from The Institute of Education, UCL. I spent 20 years working in Engineering as well as teaching Further Education Mathematics, taking a career break to raise my son, but was drawn back to tutoring through helping him develop his love of math’s and science. Also, I have tutored primary and secondary students from schools across North London, including Fortismere, Latymer, Dame Alice Owen’s, St Mary Magdalene Academy, worked for Virtual Schools and Alternative Provisions across the Southeast, as well as the National Tutoring Program.
